The economy isn't really looking good right now in a lot of places and this might be affecting the upward surge of Bitcoin. Is there a relation between Global Economy and the price of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies? What is your opinion on this? cks003 Posted November 4, 2018 Share Posted November 4, 2018 The blockchain technology is very innovative and efficient when applied in many industries in the economy, finance, governance, stock trading, product chain management etc. When the technology is widely applied and used in these industries, on the backbone of Etherium and Bitcoin, I believe the price will skyrocket. Until then, I do not see significant relationship between global economy and price of crypto coins, unless the hike is due to speculation. It is supposed to uplift the lives of many people. The rich becomes richer is what I think of this.
