Exactly! Most of the times people venture into a lot of business prospects with so much optimism but eventually on the long run, they find it very difficult achieving their goals. This has been the case of most people who try to mine cryptocurrencies.

Well, from what I know about taking advantage of any business opportunities, the rich and the brave are the ones who are always in the front role of snapping up such opportunities and make tons of money from it. So, the rich will definitely take advantage of this.

Fiat currencies are the normal accepted currency each country uses for any kind of business transaction and settlement of debts. They are very well recognized and approved by the federal government but cryptocurrencies are not.
-
I doubt that this is going to be happening any time soon or even ever. Cryptocurrencies are here to stay for ever. The world is moving towards digitalizing everything and currencies wouldn't be left out.

What are the risks in Bitcoin investments?
Martinsx replied to Kakashi2020's topic in General Discussion
The issue of getting scammed when you don't follow the proper channels when making cryptocurrency or Bitcoin investment is one thing to be very careful about. Also the volatility of the cryptocurrency is another thing. Remember when the cost of one Bitcoin was $20k, now it's down to $6k. -
The answer to this question of whether Bitcoin is here to stay is absolutely yes because this question was asked when the digital currency was created and launched in 2009, most people had doubts about investing in Bitcoin but look at it now, most people are regretting not investing back then.

Do you really understand what block chain technology is?
Martinsx replied to Kakashi2020's topic in General Discussion
If people can manipulate the blockchain technology, then all cryptocurrencies wouldn't be safe to hold. This is actually the case when Cryptocurrency are subject of constant hacks but now, it's very hard to hack any cryptocurrency blockchain. -
Definitely, there are changes in the mining of the available Bitcoin blockchain. Even though some people are finding it difficult to mine, those that can afford to build their own mining rig are having mining to be easy.

With all the challenges which Bitcoin have dealt with so far, I'm absolutely certain and convinced it's definitely going withstand any market ups and down it may still witness. At the moment, there is no cryptocurrency closer to what Bitcoin offers.

The main frustration comes with having to waste your time for so long trying to see if you are going to be able to reach the threshold for withdrawal but still unable to do so and end up quitting it. It's all wasted time and energy.

Once the government manages to impose its control on cryptocurrencies, it's automatically turned into fiat currency.

Should Bitcoin be considered a Commodity or a Currency?
Martinsx replied to Kakashi2020's topic in General Discussion
Cryptocurrency is not a commodity. It doesn't work like that. It's not affect by the law of demand and supply which affects most commodities. It's purely a digital currency and nothing less than that. -
What is the effect of cryptocurrencies in the economy?
Martinsx replied to Kakashi2020's topic in General Discussion
If the economy shifts towards the use of cryptocurrencies, it's definitely going to affect the use of Fiat currencies in a very negative manner. This is actually why most governments are firmly and forced to rule out the approval of cryptocurrency for any reason whatsoever in any transaction. It will affect the tax system. -
Exactly! Most people are finding it very difficult to mine cryptocurrency and as a result of finding it hard to do so, people take less interest in doing so. Personally, I have tried mining for so long but have nothing to show for it. It's quite frustrating.

There is a possibility that this might happen with the numerous cryptocurrencies being launched and pushed into the exchange market. It's just the Bitcoin is very strong and stable which is why it's managed to be in business since 2009 till today.
-
It's all dependent on the government of most countries accepting and approving the use of cryptocurrencies for transaction purposes. There are some countries where this is possible already and it's all a matter of time before it's acceptable generally.
-
I think that earlier of this year 2018, I'm pretty sure that the price of Bitcoin dropped below $5000 but it didn't hold for long and it went up to $6000. It's definitely going to remain at this range for a long time till anything dramatic happens.
-
That Bitcoin is behaving the way it is at the moment with its unstable price is all as a result of government policies and their economy with respect to acceptance and approval of any cryptocurrency.
-
Bitcoin have opened the eyes of the world to the possibilities it brings to market. If the cryptocurrency wasn't launched in 2009, I'm sure that another which would be even better be invented.

Ethereum, Dash and Litecoin are all good cryptocurrencies and they are very stable in the world market today but they can never be compared with the worth of Bitcoin even in 10 years to come. -

What amount are you willing to invest in Bitcoin?
Martinsx replied to Kakashi2020's topic in General Discussion
At least for now, a minimum of $5000 would be good for me to invest in Bitcoin even though I'm well aware it can't purchase 1 BTC but it's what I can do at this point in time. -
The truth of the matter is that in as much as some people haven't been able to succeed in cryptocurrency mining, they are likely to presume that mining is dead but that's not entirely true because there are those who have mined a decent number of cryptocurrency.

I have lots of friends who are have already made millions of dollars through Bitcoin investment. They were very fortunate to invest with the worth of cryptocurrency were very small, now they are millionaires.

Martinsx replied to EfficientNinja's topic in General Discussion
Don't get too greedy with making investments in cryptocurrency. It's the only way to avoid getting scammed. You might make good money if you invest through the right channels but once it's through the wrong one, you are doomed.
