Hey, have you invested in another cryptocurrency yet? I have just read about Steemit in another forum and it was supposed to generate another cryptocurrency as well, although I haven't really checked it out myself.

Then I guess what Martinsx said is true. Well the year end is still a month to go. I think what happens to Bitcoin by the end of the year would have a huge impact on the future of cryptocurrencies for the coming years.

Yeah I think they have that much impact. Bitcoin is very easy to remember. It even slides off nicely when you pronounce it. I guess it is like branding a product. There is a whole new logic behind every products name to ensure that customers will always remember them. It is not just catchy, there is just something more behind picking a name.

I think that if adapting to block chain would help Facebook secure personal information that has been to many legal issues over the years then creating their own cryptocurrency would definitely be a good idea. After all, they have a large market that would more or less support it if they do.

I sure hope so. Hopefully it goes up steadily til the end of this year.

Well you do have a point and it really gets me thinking. But with my limited resource I am very reluctant to put money elsewhere. Besides, how do I know where to invest. I am very new to this field and I don't have valuable experience in trades and stock market. I do not really know how to read the trend right. How do I know which cryptocurrencies has the potential of growth?

I probably won't vouch for new cheaper alt coins just yet. If the tide changes in the early 2019, I just might. But so far i'd stick with bitcoin.
