cks003
The deciding factor is the network which reflects the acceptance of the coin by the public. Since the advent of Bitcoin, there have been so many alt coins introduced to the market, and many cannot even last for few months. The "entrepreneurs" have reaped large profit at the expense of the investors. So one has to be vigilant when come to choosing which virtual coin to invest. Bitcoin and Etherium have been in the market for some time and the acceptance is high given the large network and acceptance. 1 Quote Link to comment https://slingbank.com/forums/topic/1574-how-do-you-choose-a-good-coin/#findComment-2369 Share on other sites
Steve5
It's better to choose something that's already been established. Bitcoin is more prevalent nowadays. So you're able to track it more efficiently. The price point is more stable compared to other cryptocurrency. You just have to wait for the best time to make a profit. 😃 Quote Link to comment https://slingbank.com/forums/topic/1574-how-do-you-choose-a-good-coin/#findComment-2391 Share on other sites

I've also wondered about the unfortunate people to have lost their money on investments. Only the so called "entrepreneurs" made lots of money. So it's in our best interest to pick stable currencies like the two you mentioned. They're much better in the long term. 😄 Quote Link to comment https://slingbank.com/forums/topic/1574-how-do-you-choose-a-good-coin/#findComment-2392 Share on other sites
Alymae
A lot of people lost money on this kind of investments. It is really hard to choose where to invest your money. I would much rather invest in a crypto that is already well known and can be considered stable in the market such as bitcoin and ethereum. Cryptos that are well-known fare better in the market. Caguioa747
How to choose a coin? For me, First Is you should look for its website to know if it is legit. Then they should also have a Telegram, Twitter and the most important is their white paper and roadmap. If anyone missing from that list then forget about investing on that coin .
