EfficientNinja
Hello, Sling Bank members! Have you tried trading cryptocurrency or Altcoins? For those who have experience in trading stocks, forex, and other markets, you might have already ventured in crypto trading. Some of you may have already earned a lot especially if you have a consistent and profitable trading system. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency are volatile and it is a good source of income if you are skilled in trading. There are no legal trading platform for Cryptocurrencies here in the Philippines at present, and if you trade in sites abroad then there's the risk that you won't get your money back because these companies know that they can scam you and you cant do anything about it because it's not legal here. I've been trading stocks for a long time and it's legal of course. When it comes to forex trading, the majority of forex traders here are scammers about 99 percent. The 1 percent are manual forex traders, which is really the legit ones. When it comes to Cryptos it's all hype in the Philippines but in reality only scammers are profiting. The same applies back here in Kenya. Also, I strongly believe the situation is the same in most parts of the world. I have never tried forex trading because I have seen my friends lose a lot of money. Most traders are scammers. The problem here in the Philippines is there is no legal trading platform for cryptocurrencies. I am scared to trade and then not get my money back. Also, I think that crypto is riskier than fiat currency because of its volatility. Kakashi2020
I think that in the future when Cryptocurrencies are accepted and used by the masses, that trading platforms would be legalized by the government but as of now, it's still risky to trade Cryptocurrencies in the Philippines. Rathiel
Currently, there are no avenues for trading in my country, though there are a couple of wallets in the works. I've tried trading currency, though most of it's done online and I can't really encash it locally. The government is starting to accept online payments though, so I'm taking that as a good sign that it may someday be more cryptocurrency-friendly here in the Philippines. Unfortunately, I have to stick to exchanging cryptocurrency for paypal credits at the moment. At the very least, I can withdraw the latter.
