Kakashi2020
There are reports and articles written saying that newbies are particularly at risk while technical investors are potentially at risk because there's no completely safe way to hold on to Bitcoins. What is your take on this safety issue? Quote Link to comment https://slingbank.com/forums/topic/568-is-it-really-safe-to-invest-in-bitcoins/ Share on other sites
Steve5
I think it's obvious. There's always some level of risk associated with digital currency. But there's nothing to fear if you don't have much money stuck in bitcoins. Most users quickly transfer their funds into real life money so as to avoid this issue. CARLOSP1
Before answering this question, it is important to clarify some information. First, Bitcoin is not like a common application, it is a coin. Therefore, there are specific ways to invest: through mining, where software is used to emit new species, or by exchanging real money for cryptomidea. The second thing is that Bitcoin's security is tied to its encryption - an extremely complicated code system and very difficult to decipher. Their protection is also guaranteed because of their independence. In the long term, this currency is not affected by instability problems common to money markets, as there is no outside interference. Another point is that it has a predictable emission, that is, there is a protocol that only allows the existence of approximately 21 million Bitcoins, guaranteeing a deflationary protection for the currency.
