  1. Well, scams can also be found on non-scam websites. I mean, for all the good, you will find some bad. Therefore, in that case, you must be extra cautious. Anyway, such platforms might not be able to root out scammers because proving them wrong is too difficult. For instance, as a related example, look at cheap internet traffic like pop-unders. How can we really for certain say that stuff is s scam?
  2. In the past, currency has often failed, and in fact, failed miserably. I mean, I'm talking about situations where lots of paper cash won't even buy bread! So in that case, if Bitcoin had existed at that time, would it have made a difference and how?
  3. How much more of this will happen you think? Will any anti-crypto governments change their stance? Anyway, I can understand their fear. So much of it is used on the dark web. Are there other reasons?
  4. Well, is it not easy to see why governments want to ban crypto? In fact, it's amazing they all haven't. Anyhow, though, many might feel that the dark web's association with crypto shouldn't be a reason for it to banned. I mean, why let bad apples spoil the bunch?
  5. Myself, I would be active as a reader and/or writer on various crypto communities. In that case, I would know the scene and not be fooled so easily. I mean, certainly, for instance, some person who knows little about cars would be conned easily by a shady auto mechanic, right? Well, the same goes in this situation!
  6. I'm not sure what you mean by best. Well, if you just mean security, then an offline one is the choice. However, though, the offline aspect makes it a pain, so I'd say it's not the best overall.
  7. What would you call it? Any funny names? I have heard of Hobo Nickles. 😀 How about James Bond $$? 😃
  8. It would depend on the level of security and that would involve type of wallet. Anyway, as you'd expect a wallet totally offline will have the best security - but I think it would be annoying. So what kind of wallet do you all feel is best for you? I guess nothing would happen unless the victims had insurance.
  9. Is Bitcoin taxed and if it's not taxed, then should it be? Are people buying it to avoid taxes? Well, this might seem like a silly question, but I know Bitcoin is outside of banks.
  10. This rise in dark web and crypto payments has made me want to get identity theft protection! Has it you? I mean, it pretty much nails it to the wall, don't you think? Anyway, what might be some arguments to say crypto isn't as involved with the dark web as some think?
  11. It's based on a math thing so that it won't become too easy to mine. I mean, if it was too easy to mine, it wouldn't be worth much! Anyway, despite the setbacks, it possible to learn to mine. It just depends on your will-power I suppose.
  12. What are some good review sites where you can research these companies? Are they free? If not, what might be some typical fees? Anyway, it's better safe than sorry!
