Do you have any regrets investing in Bitcoin?
Kakashi2020 replied to Kakashi2020's topic in Pure Trading
He might have hold on to it or he may have sold it years ago. But what's important is that I've seen first hand how people could get rich in Cryptocurrencies. -
How can one earn with different lesser known cryptocurrencies?
Kakashi2020 replied to Kakashi2020's topic in Altcoins
I agree, if one truly wants to earn in cryptocurrencies then he really needs to invest some money to buy some coins. Faucets are just a waste of time and effort. -
Each new coin should be properly scrutinized and researched on to know it's volatility. Having a firm grip on a coins history or background as well as it's future plans and directions are good investment habits.

What should Coin Companies do to be trusted by investors?
Kakashi2020 replied to Kakashi2020's topic in Altcoins
I do think that Cryptocurrencies should make investors comfortable by making its image fun. I mean coin companies are usually so serious in their meetings that people become uncomfortable. -
What would you do if Bitcoin crashes?

If it does crashes and if I didn't have the chance to bail out sooner then i'll just ride the wave and wait for it to appreciate again, even if it take years of waiting. -

No pain no gain right? Every investment that goes wrong is charged to experience. But one thing remains constant the riskier the investment, the bigger the gains and the smaller the risk, the smaller the gains. -
The question is always how much of your extra money would you invest in Bitcoin or in other Cryptocurrencies?

Faucets are scams they amount to nothing, just a waste of time. You can't really earn from it. It's a marketing gimmick to make a certain new Cryptocurrency famous. The ones getting rich is the site faucet owner. -
Do you have any regrets investing in Bitcoin?
Kakashi2020 replied to Kakashi2020's topic in Pure Trading
Well some people are gamblers and they would risk their life savings on a hunch. Some of my friends are like that. They would say to me that I can't hit the jackpot because I never go all in. -

You know, there was a time years ago that a friend told me to do some research on Bitcoin because it would become the next big thing. Well I didn't listen to him, he invested a little money in it and bought 5 bitcoins when it was under $20 each, I really don't know what happened next because he migrated to Canada and we haven't talk since then. -
I think it's only natural that banks tend to thread carefully when it comes to Cryptocurrencies because of the risks involved. Cryptocurrencies are unregulated and posts a lot of risks. Risks which banks are not comfortable with. So unless it becomes mainstream banks tends to stay in the sidelines.

Philippines first cryptocurrency exchange Coins.ph which started in 2014 but was only officially licensed as an exchange last year has a commanding lead over its competitors in the Philippines. Here's some data on the top crypto exchanges here. http://fintechnews.sg/24114/philippines/cryptocurrency-exchanges-philippines/

If you were to sell all your bitcoin, what Cryptocurrency would you pick as your next investment?
-
When it comes to low priced Cryptocurrencies, which do you think is a more sound investment Ripple or Stellar?
-
What are your thoughts about Ripple? Do you think it's a good Cryptocurrency to invest in?
-
I would have to agree with you that cashing out between -5 to -8 to cut back losses and just reenter again when a good opportunity arises is a sound and logical move. I would also have done that if the market permits. Because the price flactuations specially the drops are super fast, that sometimes it does not give you a chance to sell.

That's the beauty of Cryptocurrency investments, it could be a wild card, a game changer, one can earn a lot or even get rich with just some chump change as investment. -
I'm a new investor and have only invested a modest sum of about $700 in 3 different Cryptocurrencies, BTC, Dodge and Litecoins. What's your total investment?
-
I've been hearing a lot about Coins.ph lately, I've tried registering years ago but I think they were having glitches that time and it won't approve my registration. So I just forgot about it. Now it's the premier crypto wallet and crypto exchange platform in the Philippines and I'm considering getting an account again. What are your experiences using coins.ph? Is it really trustworthy? Is it glitch free nowadays?

How can one earn with different lesser known cryptocurrencies?
Kakashi2020 replied to Kakashi2020's topic in Altcoins
That's if you reach the minimum withdrawable amount which would take months and even yeats to do so. I think it's unfair. Faucets should transfer earned cryptos no matter how small in personal wallets and not on on-site wallets which are useless because of the high minimum withdrawable threshold. -

Kakashi2020 replied to Kakashi2020's topic in Altcoins
All the faucets I've tried are useless because of the high withdrawal threshold which in my computation would take 6 months minimum to withdraw whatever cryptos I've earned to my wallet. Also each faucet has a built in wallet which would house your cryptos until you've reached the minimum withdrawable amount which in my opinion is unfair. -

Kakashi2020 replied to Kakashi2020's topic in Altcoins
I've tried different faucets but the problem is each faucet has a high minimum withdrawal so you can't transfer your cryptos to your wallet because it goes to another wallet inside the site until such a time that you've reached the minimum amount, and that would take at least 6 months to years. -
As they say in poker "if you have doubts, don't go all in." Proper Education and Knowledge is needed before venturing in any kind of investment. Don't ever go in blind because you'll just be wasting your money. Try to learn and understand things first.

That to me is pretty logical. Investing what we can afford to lose is a good principle in investing money because you won't get pressured from doing so. Also it won't be a threat to your overall finances unlike investing your whole savings which can have tremendous effects on your finances if something bad happens.
