Well, i think that if a big Social Media Platform like Facebook enters the Cryptocurrency market then it will definitely give the much needed boost to all the Cryptocurrencies around the World. If Facebook introduces its own coin then it will become very succesful and eventually beat all its competition. However, i dont think that such a thing will happen in the nera future.

I think the only other credible alternative to Bitcoin has been Ethereum and Litecoin.I dont know wether investing in other coins like Dogecoin is a good option because honestly i like to play safe in thjis regard even if the investment required maybe very low when compared with other cryptos.I may consider investing in litecoin in 2019 because it has been in the market since 2011 and has a somewhat proven track record.

Well, i have some friends who are very enthusiastic about the new cryptos like Dogecoin. The people who are looking for investing in new cryptos are certainly considering coins like Dogecoin. However, i dont share the enthusiasm. It is always necessary to be safe than sorry when it comes to your investment in such coins.

Well , i have heard a lot of positive as well as negative things about Steemit from my friends online. I have still not used Steemit but am thinking of creating my account there. The complaint that i have heard abot Steemit is that you need to have a good network of friends who have an active presence on Steemit in order to earn real money from the company. However, the concept of earning money through your posts is really interesting and worth trying once.

Yes, the name of the Cryptocurrency is very important. The name of any product is very important when you are taking it into the Market for the first time. Eventually the consumers will identify the product through its name. If you have a catchy name for the coin then it will definitely attract the attention of the customers and also create a buzz.If the company is able to match the catchy name with a credible performance then it will eventually create a good reputation for the coin.

How do you think countries will start taxing bitcoin?
JPK0007 replied to Rathiel's topic in General Discussion
Well, i think that Bitcoin investment or Bitcoin transactions are taxable in most of the countries throughout the World. Bitcoin is considered as an asset and any transactions related to Bitcoins can be taxed. If you sale your Bitcoins then you may be liable to pay Capital gain tax on the transaction according to the tax rate of your country. -
In what coin besides Bitcoin would you like to invest in?
JPK0007 replied to Kakashi2020's topic in General Discussion
I think that inspite of the recent volatility in the value of Bitcoin, it still remains the number one choice when it comes to Cryptocurrency investment throughout the World. However there are many other Cryptocurrencies who are promising and can be considered as an alternative to Bitcoin.I think that Ethereum has managed to claim the spot of the best alternative to Bitcoin.Even Litecoin is also becoming popular in the recent times.Ethereum and Litecoin are still far less popular than Bitcoin. -

In the countries where Bitcoin transactions are considered legal, i think that it is treated like any other asset and you get taxed for all the transactions related to it. What do I need most to know about cryptocurrencies?
JPK0007 replied to Kakashi2020's topic in General Discussion
i think that the beginners need to do a lot of research before finally taking the decision in investing in any sort of Cryptocurrencies. It is always best to be safe when you are new to the field of high risk investment like cryptocurrency. However, one needs to take some risks and try to diversify there investment in more than one Cryptocurrency. It is always advisable to invest only that much amount that you can afford to lose. -
Well, investing in altcoins can be risky especially if you are considering to invest in them as an alternative to something like Bitcoin. Inspite of the recent volatility in the value of Bitcoin, it still remains the most reliable option when it comes to investing in cryptocurrencies.Other than Bitcoin, Etherium is the other alternative for investment. However if you are ready to takke risks on the investment then you can look for other alternatives.

Well , that truly would be an amazing idea for people like me who love to be active on the Social Media. Getting rewarded for doing something you always like to do would be like a dream come true for most of the Social Media enthusiasts. The amount of coins that some Influencers and celebrities on the Social Media could earn through this activity can be mind boggling.

I think that if a country overtly ventures into the Cryptocurrency market and launches a state owned Cryptocurrency then it will be the most bizzare thing that could happen in the economic scene. I dont believe that this will happen and i guess it is just a rumour right now. If a country decides to launch a state owned Cryptocurrency then there will be consequences around the World and it will also adversely affect the Economy of that country.I dont think that a huge economy like China would take such a big risk.

Bigger than Bitcoin and way more dangerous
JPK0007 replied to Kakashi2020's topic in General Discussion
Honestly, i have heard this for the first time and its really a very surprising move on part of the Chinese authorities is this is true. I am not very concerned of this move because China alone cannot control or manipulate the Cryptocurrency market. I am sure there will be powers who will balance the influence of China if it does decide to covertly or directly venture into the Cryptocurrency Market. -
Well, i was never offered Bitcoin at that time. Would i have accepted Bitcoins if they were offered to me? I think most probably i would have refused them at that time. The only reason is that i did not know anything about the concept of Cryptocurrency at that time. I would have obviously refused the offer and would also have given the person a big lecture about being careful while investing his hard earned money.
