I just want to know your opinion on whether the Bitcoin Network is impervious to cyber attacks, and if it's glitch free?

Because there's no such thing as a glitch free network nor an impenetrable system.  So what happens if the network suffers an attack and gets damaged?

It would depend on the level of security and that would involve type of wallet.  Anyway, as you'd expect a wallet totally offline will have the best security - but I think it would be annoying.  So what kind of wallet do you all feel is best for you?

I guess nothing would happen unless the victims had insurance.

Remember that Bitcoin is the first blockchain technology we had in cryptocurrency and it was launched in 2009 but the errors in Bitcoin blockchain led to the rising of other cryptocurrency which all sought to correct the flaws in the Bitcoin network which cyber hacks was one of them. So therefore, for the fact that we have other cryptocurrency today is as a result effort to improve on the security of the blockchain technology.

If there are attacks, the network could get slow and might have wrong data sent to other addresses in the network. These are only my assumptions because I don't know much on how the block-chain works behind the scenes. Some of the known security flaws of Bitcoin seems to be already addressed by Ethereum.
